The VC-118-X camera testing light box is a newly developed color temperature and illumination adjustable camera testing special light box by Shenzhen San'enshi Technology Co., Ltd. This product can test cameras with different field of view angles using the same image card. Built in mobile slide table, easy to move the camera back and forth. The lightbox is equipped with high display, flicker free, long-life, and stable color temperature LED light sources. Users can move the light source panel back and forth and rotate it left and right according to different situations to obtain a more uniform lighting environment.

precautions

1. Pay attention to using a suitable power supply and check the power label on the back of the lightbox before use.

When placing, ensure a minimum distance of 20cm between each lightbox or between the lightbox and the wall. Ensure a safe distance is maintained between the lightbox and flammable and combustible materials.

3. Lightboxes cannot be used in environments with explosive hazards.

4. Be careful not to place the lightbox near damp areas with water, water pipes, and fire sprinklers. The surrounding environment should be kept dry.

5. Use a clean, lint free white cloth dipped in water or clean water containing a small amount of neutral cleaner to remove stains on the surface of the lightbox. Do not use chemical solvents to wipe or use hard objects to scrape.

When maintaining and replacing the light source of the lightbox, the main power supply should be cut off.

The surface color of the box is neutral gray.

2. Install a black cloth curtain at the window of the box for easy opening and closing. Close the curtain during work to ensure that the internal working environment is not affected by external factors.

3. There is a camera mobile platform installed in the middle of the box, and two linear sliding rails with locks are installed under the platform. The platform can move forward and backward, and can also be moved to a certain position to lock the sliding rails for fixation.

Install a high display finger, standard color temperature, flicker free LED light source on each side of the mobile platform, with adjustable illumination. Install two linear sliding rails with locks under the LED light source board, which can move forward and backward, and lock the sliding rails in place when moved to a certain position. Loosen the butterfly shaped hand screw nut on the lamp holder. The LED light source board can rotate and adjust the angle to make the light source shine more evenly on the back panel of the light box. After determining the angle, tighten the butterfly nut to fix the position.

The light source control method for the VC-118-X camera test light box is as follows:

1. Connect the power connection cables of the left and right LED light boards to the LED power connection plug 1 and LED power connection plug 2 of the light source control box, without distinguishing between left and right connection cables.

2. Connect the 220V power cord to the socket of the light source control box.

3. Rotate the color temperature knob to adjust the light color.

High illumination dimming: Press the high/low illumination switch to the high illumination end and rotate the high illumination dimming knob.

Low light dimming: Press the high/low light switch to the low light end and rotate the coarse and fine adjustment knobs for low light dimming.

The VC-118-X camera test light box comes standard with a high display LED light source with a color temperature of 2300K to 8000K.

Camera testing

VC-118-X is a lightbox designed specifically for camera testing, which can meet the testing needs of lenses with different viewing angles. The lightbox back panel can hold up to 2 times (712mm * 400mm) ISO12233 standard test image cards. In addition to the standard ISO12233 test chart, there are also chart cards suitable for testing wide-angle lenses and fisheye lenses. All graphics cards have magnetism on the back and can be placed at any position on the lightbox according to user needs.

The free maintenance period for the lightbox is one year.

When maintaining the lightbox, the main power should be turned off and the power cord should be unplugged.

3. If there is dust or fingerprints, oil stains, or other stains on the wall panels, bottom panels, or reflective panels of the lightbox, a clean white soft cloth dipped in water or water containing neutral cleaning agents can be used to gently wipe off the dirt. It is strictly prohibited to use hard objects to scrape or chemical solvents to remove dirt, in order to avoid damaging the surface coating of the lightbox wall.

If the surface coating of the lightbox is damaged or discolored, it should be replaced.
